Your opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate Lunch Leader to provide supervision on the premises during the midday break. The successful applicant will be involved in encouraging children to eat and enjoy their lunch be it a school dinner or packed lunch and supervise in the play areas.

About Lightwater Village School

Our school stands at the heart of the village community of Lightwater. We offer an outstanding start to education for children from 4 to 7 years old, consistently achieving excellence, yet also engaging children in imaginative and exciting themes whereby learning comes alive.

Our School sits within a newly established cluster of schools, overseen by a Regional Director. Along with Lightwater Village School, our cluster includes the following other schools; Hammond, Springfield, Cordwalles, Pine Ridge and Lorraine. This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues across this cluster, to share expertise and experience, ensuring all children in our schools receive an excellent education and reach their potential. It also provides opportunities for career progression across the cluster and gives you the chance to further your professional development.

• A Lunch Leader with a record and experience in working with children

• Able to provide stimulating and engaging experiences for our children

•Able to develop positive relationships with young children

The Details

Pay Scale: Associate 1

Salary: £20,741 FTE.  Pro rata salary £2,414

Working Hours: 5 hours each week, working 12:00pm - 1:00pm daily, Monday to Friday

Working weeks: 38 week (time time only)
