Salary: Grade 3/4: £16,636.09 – £17,865.17 (£28,519-£30,626 FTE)

Location: The Link School (All sites) based at Satellite site Wallington, SM6 9JN

Hours: 21 hours per week, 52.143 weeks per year, split shift preferred - Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent

The Link School specialises in meeting the needs of 160 students from 4-19 with Speech, Language and Communication difficulties including autistic spectrum conditions and Pathological Demand Avoidance. In addition to the Primary and Secondary sites, it also has a satellite provision which provides a safe and nurturing environment for autistic young people who show demand avoidant profiles.

Situated in the London Borough of Sutton all four sites are easily accessible by public transport and well placed to draw upon a wide range of leisure, recreational and educational facilities having easy access to Surrey and London.

We are looking to recruit a Premises Assistant to support the wider school Premises team in all aspects of their role including the security, maintenance, and development of the premises so that as a resource it most effectively supports the educational needs of the students. The school is based on four different sites, Primary, Secondary and Satellite Primary and Satellite secondary (Cottage) sites. The assistant role will be based predominantly at the Satellite Sites.
