Behaviour Mentor Required

Salary: Grade 10 £29,652 - £32,760 actual

Hours of work: Full time 37 hours per week - 8.00am - 4pm

(Term time plus 5 days, 39 weeks per year)

The Pioneers’ Centre is a part of The Lionheart Educational Trust’s new Alternative Provision.

Opening in September 2023, our staff are committed to equity of educational opportunity. Lionheart’s Pioneers’ Centre, based in Coalville, Leicestershire, creates a nurturing environment that tailors learning to meet needs whilst ensuring a strong foundation of core subjects, supporting every pupil to develop strong literacy, numeracy and communication skills necessary for success in later life.

Are you an experienced Behaviour Mentor committed to improving the lives of vulnerable young people?

We are looking for a Behaviour Mentor with excellent communication skills, who embodies our values of being positive, pupil centred and professional. The successful candidate will specialise in/ or have experience working with learners with SEMH to join our fantastic team at The Pioneers’ Centre.

We welcome applicants from an array of backgrounds including those who have experience in alternative educational settings, those who have worked with pupils in care, school support, social care, sports and coaching backgrounds or similar professions and training.
