SALARY GRADE: Grade 12 £42,498 - £46,344
HOURS: Full time
BASE: Beauchamp City Sixth Form or Coalville school (to be confirmed) with regular travel to other Trust schools

This is an exciting time to join the Trust as we are seeking to grow our HR team in a way that will help us to continually review and improve our employment experience. This is a new role that is focused on leading and coordinating HR administrative activity across our schools to ensure that processes and practices are equitable, consistent, and effective.
We are looking for someone who has substantial experience of working in an HR environment and of delivering a high-quality employee experience. You will need to have CIPD level 7 and an ability to manage a diverse team with differing priorities and needs. Previous experience of working in education is desirable but not essential.
