Employee Services Officer SALARY GRADE: Grade 8 £27,717 - £30,066 per annum

HOURS: Full time

BASE: Beauchamp City Sixth Form or Greenstone Primary School, Coalville with regular travel to other Trust schools

RESPONSIBLE TO: Employee Services Manager

This is an exciting time to join the Trust as we are seeking to grow our HR team in a way that will help us to continually review and improve our employment experience. These are new roles which will provide dedicated HR administrative support to schools within the Trust.

We are looking for an experienced HR practitioner who can provide HR support to The Newbridge School and Broom Leys Primary School in Coalville. You will be responsible for all HR administrative activity for the schools and will support the Employee Services Manager in coordinating activity across a number of Trust schools. You will need experience of working in the education sector carrying out a range of HR related work. You will also need a high level of customer service and to work with minimal supervision.

Closing Date: 20th January 2025 at 9am

Interview Date: Week Commencing 27th January 2025
