Employee Services Officer
SALARY GRADE: Grade 8 £28,605 - £31,029 per annum
HOURS: 37 Hours per week, 52 Weeks per year
BASE: Coalville with regular travel to Swadlincote and other Trust schools.
RESPONSIBLE TO: Employee Services Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR practitioner who can provide HR support to our schools in Swadlincote alongside supporting with HR activity across our Trust. You will be responsible for all HR administrative activity for the schools and will support the Employee Services Manager in coordinating activity across a number of Trust schools. You will need experience of working in the education sector carrying out a range of HR related work. You will also need a high level of customer service and to work with minimal supervision.
