The Littlehampton Academy is seeking an enthusiastic person to join our busy on-site catering team. We are looking for someone with a positive "can-do" approach to work flexibly in a busy environment. Our team prepares, cooks and serves attractive and nutritious meals and snacks every day to both students and colleagues, and deadlines must be met.

The Littlehampton Academy is a large academy with a core ethos that supports the development of both staff and students. We have recently been rated as Good in all areas by Ofsted. We believe that our students need to be well-fed to give their best in the classroom and we are determined to offer high-quality and nutritious meals every day.

This permanent position is 30 hours per week and is term time only plus five INSET days (39 weeks per year). The initial rate of pay is the equivalent of £10.39 per hour, paid monthly over 12 months. The pay scale has four spinal points and increments are awarded in September until the top of the pay scale is reached. The actual starting salary is £13,914 per annum.
