About the Role

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Pastoral Leader to support students, with identified barriers, in accessing their learning. Working closely with the year group pastoral teams and key contacts. This role would focus specifically on EBSA, Mental Health and well being.

This permanent position is 37 hours per week and is term time only (including INSET days plus 3 additional weeks). The initial rate of pay is the equivalent of £15.70 per hour, paid monthly over 12 months. The pay scale has six spinal points and increments are awarded in September until the top of the pay scale is reached. The actual starting salary is £28,692 per annum.
