LETTER FROM THE HEADTEACHER
Thank you for your interest in the role of Director of English at Llantwit Major School.
This post has arisen due to the promotion of a current post holder to a Senior Leadership Team in another school.
If you have a passion and moral purpose for making a difference, this is the role for you. The Governing Body are looking to appoint a committed, enthusiastic and innovative candidate to lead the English Department here at Llantwit Major School. This is a time of important change in the school and we have recently been through a restructure process to add additional leadership capacity to our team.
This is an extremely important job and as such the successful candidate will sit on the Extended Leadership Team.
The right candidate will also be willing to adapt their role over time according to the school’s priorities, both for personal development and succession planning.
