Expressive Arts is a vibrant and active part of Llanwern High School, who value creativity and the arts as integral components of a well-rounded education. We believe that the expressive arts play a crucial role in fostering imagination, critical thinking, inclusion and emotional intelligence. As an Art and Photography Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to ignite students' passion for art, guiding them to explore a variety of artistic techniques, mediums, and styles. You'll create a supportive and collaborative classroom environment where students feel confident to express themselves creatively and develop their artistic skills.
We are legally obliged to ask you to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK. If you are invited to interview, you will be asked to provide appropriate documents such as your full birth certificate/passport/work permit in accordance with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (1974) and a comprehensive screening process will be undertaken on all applicants. This will include an enhanced check with the Disclosure and Barring Service.
