WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE ONE!
We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Teacher of Humanities to join the Humanities Area of Learning Experience on a full time one-year fixed contract.
The post would be equally suitable for NQTs and teachers with more experience.
We offer you an exciting opportunity to work with and enhance a forward-thinking, highly successful and motivated team. The Humanities AOLE is key to the provision of the new Curriculum for Wales. We are fortunate to have teachers within the faculty with wide ranging experience who teach across their own specialist subjects and the Humanities. All staff members are enthusiastic, committed and hard working. Teachers are supported in their development through high quality professional learning where best practice is observed and shared openly with colleagues within a coaching environment.
The successful candidates will be strong classroom teachers who are passionate about humanities and hence able to enthuse, engage and motivate pupils. They will be committed to high expectations and standard of work and be creative, inventive team players within the Humanities Area of Learning Experience and the wider school.
