We have an exciting opportunity for a talented, dynamic and committed teacher of A Level Mathematics to join our Sixth Form team. It is an exciting time to join the College and we are looking for an exceptional individual to join our distinctive educational setting. 


You will be responsible for delivering A Level Mathematics and Further Mathematics to Year 12 and Year 13 students, and expected to make significant contributions to the outcomes of the area.  


You will deliver inspiring teaching and learning to ensure all students are supported to succeed in these subjects:


• A Level mathematics


• A level Further Mathematics


You will deliver inspiring and effective teaching, learning and assessment to ensure all students are supported to succeed through the delivery of high quality and challenging learning experiences. Progress will be monitored to ensure target grades are met and all learners exceed aspirational target grades.


A relevant degree (or equivalent) and teaching qualification (PGCE, CertEd, DET/DTLLS) are essential requirements for this post, as is successful experience of teaching A level Mathematics. We do not offer AS levels so you should be able to assess, track and monitor your students effectively over the two year A Level programme. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to motivate students through varied and inspiring teaching and learning strategies.
