About the role:

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:   

- Source work placements for T-Level programme students.
- Lead Employer boards and facilitate quarterly sessions, Quarter 1 face-to-face, Quarter 2 online and Quarter 3 Power of Partnership Event.
- Support the development of Ofsted Recruitment for skills.
- Identify and engage new and existing employers, building strong relationships to create placement opportunities, including T-level placements.
- Serve as the main contact for employers and partners to secure high-quality opportunities for students.
- Upsell the full suite of College services, such as Work Experience and Apprenticeships
