We offer high quality ESOL programmes to both 16-18 and adult learners, so are looking for experience of working with both cohorts of learners.

They will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience and knowledge of managing and providing pastoral care to learners. The ideal candidate will also play an active part in supporting quality assurance and examination processes and have experience of successfully working as part of a team.

As the College supports a number of children and vulnerable adults, all staff are exempt from Section 4(2) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Accordingly, most staff will be subject to either a ‘Standard’ or ‘Enhanced’ CRB check and a List 99 check, which confirms there is no barring in place.
