About the role:
Are you passionate about shaping the next generation of carpentry professionals? Join us as a Skills Coach / Lecturer in Carpentry and make a real impact! This dynamic hybrid role combines tutoring and coaching, where you’ll deliver, assess, and mentor apprentices on their mandatory qualifications, guiding them from initial sign-up all the way to successful completion and EPA gateway. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring every apprentice achieves their goals on time, monitoring progress, and communicating with staff, learners, and employers to foster success. - This is a hybrid role of tutoring and coaching for Carpentry Apprentices.  

- To deliver, assess, coach and mentor apprentices on their mandatory qualifications to meet the gateway for EPA. 

- To be responsible for ensuring timely achievement for every apprentice on case load across all components of the apprenticeship programme from initial sign up to completion. 

- To monitor and report on progress of all learners 

- To liaise and communicate progress with internal staff, learners and employers as required.
