An exciting opportunity has arisen for an excellent candidate to support teaching and learning at Winford Church of England Primary School in Bristol. We are looking for an adaptable, flexible and resourceful individual able to work with a super team of dedicated staff.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Working with a class teacher to deliver excellent teaching and learning support.
- Teaching and supporting pupils on a 1:1 or group basis.
- Covering the class on rare occasions
- Accompanying groups on trips.
- Supporting assessment
- Maintaining a positive environment for all learners
- Working towards our school vision of 'Winford School-where children flourish'

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above.
- Previous experience of supporting learning in schools.
- a proven ability to work on their own initiative.
- a high level of communication skills and the ability to relate positively to children and adults.
- the ability to use relevant technology/equipment.
- a can-do attitude.
- a commitment to the happiness well-being, self-esteem and progress of everyone at the school.
