Year R/1 Teaching Assistant – Grade JG3 – Scale Point 5-6 £19,312 - £19,698 

Contract Type: Fixed-term to cover long-term staff absence

Hours: 28.75 – Monday to Friday Term time only

Applications are invited from highly caring, motivated, resourceful and committed teaching assistants to work in our busy mixed year Hedgehog Class at East Harptree School.  

The role will include working collaboratively and under the direction of the class teacher and EYFS Collaboration Lead. The ability to work independently and to personalise learning environments when necessary is essential as is experience of working within either an Early Years or Key Stage 1 setting.

This appointment will take effect from 4th January 2021

The Collaboration of East Harptree and Ubley Cof E Primary Schools consists of two small village schools situated in the Chew Valley. The successful candidate would become part of a friendly, hard-working collaborative team.
