Salary: JG4 SCP7 - 11 £26,403 - £28,142 FTE per annum
Actual Salary: JG4 SCP7 - 11 £20,370.63 - £21,712.31 per annum pro rata
The Role
The Federation of Bishop Sutton Primary & Stanton Drew Primary Schools are seeking to appoint a Learning Partner supporting the learning of children across the schools.
The successful candidate will have:
Experience of working with children with SEND and SEMH needs
Experience of planning and delivering learning activities
Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding
Understanding of how to adapt and deliver support to meet individual needs
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational skills
A positive ‘can do’ attitude and nurturing nature
Hold Level 2 qualifications as a minimum.

The Trust
The Lighthouse Schools Partnership (LSP) is a Multi-Academy Trust which has experienced rapid growth since it started in 2016. There are currently 34 schools in the Trust.
