Actual salary £13456- £13670 plus £1373 lunchtime cover
We are seeking to appoint an excellent learning support assistant to join our team.

We are looking for a person that:
Can build strong and positive relationships with colleagues, children and parents
Is passionate about making a difference to all children
Is confident and committed and has some experience in working with children in a classroom setting and ideally have experience of working with children who have SEND and/or medical conditions
Can demonstrate strong behaviour management.
Is self-motivated, creative and flexible with a strong desire to learn and improve
Be resilient, positive, patient and compassionate.
Works well as part of a team and has a good sense of humour
