Hours: Full time, 32.5 hours (on a teacher contract) and 37 hours (on a support contract)
Salary: JM1 SCP28 (£39,152) to SCP31 (£41,771)
Thank you for your interest in the role of CPD Delivery Lead. This is an important new role for us and the person appointed will play a key part in supporting us in delivering keys areas of our strategic plan.
The Role
This post requires someone who is confident working with detailed operational systems and administration, collaborating with internal teams and external providers and engaging professionally and credibly with senior leaders and busy employees.
The core focus of the role is coordination, delivery and systems leadership , bringing together the right people, platforms and processes to ensure a coherent and effective Trust‑wide CPD offer.
Our CPD offer is also an important income stream for the organisation and the CPD Delivery Lead will be involved in ensuring resources are used effectively, and income is maximised from our offer.
The successful candidate may be appointed on either a teaching or support contract, depending on qualifications and experience. If appointed on a support contract, the salary will be re-calculated on a pro-rata basis to reflect term-time working plus additional days.
The Trust
Lighthouse Schools Partnership (LSP) is a Multi-Academy Trust working in North Somerset, BANES and Bristol.
There are currently 34 schools in the Trust with further schools potentially joining in the next few years.
The Trust is cross-phase and includes Infant, Junior, Primary and Secondary schools. The Lighthouse Schools Partnership is a mixed MAT and includes both non-denominational and Church of England schools.
