Salary: JM5 SCP46 - SCP48, £54,705 - £56,918 per annum
Hours: 37 per week, All Year Round

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and motivated individual to lead our Estates Team in supporting the delivery of fantastic learning environments for our children and young people.
Working with our excellent Estates Team, and school leaders, you will be able to embed the many recent initiatives that we have introduced and continue the development our arrangements even further.
To undertake this role successfully you will need to be totally committed to the provision of a high-quality and sustainable learning environments. You will be educated to degree level with relevant professional qualifications such as IOSH, NEBOSH, COSSH. You will be an experienced project and people manager with experience of managing capital budgets. You will be innovative with a strong focus on continuous service improvement. You will need excellent organisational and problem-solving skills and be able to maintain strong and effective working relationships.
