Payscale: JG6 SCP 19-23

Contract: Permanent, 37 hours per week. Term time only plus INSET

We are seeking to appoint a Behaviour Coordinator to join our behaviour team, who will support and supervise students who have been temporarily removed from lessons and been placed in the Academy’s Refocus Room. The post holder will carry out intervention work with students to support a smooth reintegration into the learning environment.

The post holder will work closely with our Heads of House, behaviour team, and leadership team to assist in the support for individuals, or small groups of students who are experiencing behavioural difficulties.

The successful candidate will be a suitably qualified, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, with a focus on enabling young people to make a positive difference and achieve the Academy’s vision: to set no limits on what we can achieve.
