We are looking to appoint a Behaviour Support Room (BSR) Lead to join Backwell School from the 3 September 2026 on a full time, permanent basis.
This role is crucial in the leadership and management of student behaviour in the school. Working as part of the SEN team, the post holder will plan and coordinate the work within the Behaviour support room, proactively challenge student’s behaviour, and provide a calm and purposeful learning environment within the BSR. The school is prepared to negotiate the exact roles and responsibilities for the successful postholder.
