Salary: Grade M1 – M6 (depending on experience) £32,916 - £45,352

The Role
St Andrew’s are looking for an experienced teacher to join our happy and successful school. This role is not suitable for an ECT. We would like to appoint someone that is Primary trained although the post will be within Year 5 for the rest of this academic year. The year group that this post holder will teach for 2026-2027 will be decided nearer the time.
As we are a one form entry, all teachers have responsibility for subject leadership. Please state in your application your experience of subject leadership or your areas of subject leader interest alongside detail of the year groups that you have taught.

The most recent Ofsted inspection, June 2025, saw the school maintain its good judgement. The report stated that our vision of “growing together” permeates throughout the school and highlighted that ‘The wider development programme is a strength of the school and worthy of being shared’. SIAMS judged our school as an ‘Excellent’ church school: “meaningful relationships and partnerships enable all within the school to flourish”. Driven by our Christian vision of “growing together”, we are a highly inclusive school. The Trust
