The Role
We are seeking to appoint an IT Service Delivery Manager to support the Head of IT Service Delivery in managing multi-site IT support teams at 4 large Secondary Schools.
The postholder will help us to deliver our exciting IT Transformation Programme over the next 12 months, providing both technical and managerial support. The programme is delivering a significant investment in our IT infrastructure. You will provide a rewarding enabling role in the delivery of systems, support and technology to support learning across our schools. The postholder will also help support the Trust’s vision, values and aims.
The IT Service Delivery Manager will be based in the Central Team office currently at Gordano School in Portishead but will be required to spend time each week at each of our 4 secondary schools, therefore a clean driving license and access to a vehicle is essential.
