We are looking to appoint a team of Learning Partners to join our collaborative and supportive staff community. These roles offer flexibility across year groups and, for successful candidates, placements will be discussed based on individual strengths, experience and preferences.

• Be committed to our safeguarding culture and ensure that every child feels safe, valued and nurtured.
• Provide hands-on support to pupils in class, small groups, and one-to-one, helping them achieve their full potential.
• Deliver structured, focused interventions to enhance learning and ensure all pupils access high-quality teaching.
• Assist teachers with planning, preparation, assessment, and administrative tasks to support effective learning.
• Actively manage pupils within the cohort and support the teaching team to always achieve a calm and respectful environment during the school day,
• Help pupils develop independence, confidence, and resilience through guided support and scaffolding techniques.
• Foster positive relationships with all children and support their social, emotional, and pastoral needs.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative classroom environment and support colleagues across the school where needed.
• Supervise and engage pupils during lunch breaks, promoting physical activity, good behaviour, and wellbeing.
