The Federation of Bishop Sutton and Stanton Drew Primary Schools. 

Hours: 20.5 per week plus 5 Insets 

Contract: Fixed Term Contract ending 31 August 2027

Salary: JG4 SCP7 - 11 £26,403 - £28,142 FTE per annum

Actual Salary: JG4 SCP 7 - 11 £12,849.16 - £13,695.46 per annum pro rata

The Role

The Federation of Bishop Sutton Primary & Stanton Drew Primary Schools are seeking to appoint a Learning Partner supporting the learning of children across the schools.   

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience of working with children with SEND and SEMH needs
  • Experience of planning and delivering learning activities
  • Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding
  • Understanding of how to adapt and deliver support to meet individual needs
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A positive ‘can do’ attitude and nurturing nature
  • Hold Level 2 qualifications as a minimum.

The Trust  

The Lighthouse Schools Partnership (LSP) is a Multi-Academy Trust which has experienced rapid growth since it started in 2016. There are currently 34 schools in the Trust. 

The Lighthouse Schools Partnership is cross-phase and includes Infant, Junior, Primary and Secondary schools. The Trust is a mixed MAT and includes both non-denominational and Church of England schools.
