School: Winford C of E Primary School 

 

Hours:         23.17 per week,  plus 2.5 hours as lunchtime supervisor

        Mon – Friday  5 days a week Term time only plus 2 inset days 

Contract: Fixed Term  

Start Date: 01.09.25 

End Date:   31.08.26 (pending staffing review)  

 

JG3: Spine point 5-6 £24,790 – £25,183 (FTE) Pay award pending 

Actual salary £13456- £13670 plus £1373 lunchtime cover

  

We are seeking to appoint an excellent learning support assistant to join our team. 

  

Winford C of E Primary School is a small, nurturing village school. We have a modern, well-resource building with seven classes set in lovely green surroundings. We are looking for a person that:

 

Can build strong and positive relationships with colleagues, children and parents 

Is passionate about making a difference to all children 

Is confident and committed and has some experience in working with children in a classroom setting and ideally have experience of working with children who have SEND and/or medical conditions

Can demonstrate strong behaviour management.

Is self-motivated, creative and flexible with a strong desire to learn and improve

Be resilient, positive, patient and compassionate. 

Works well as part of a team and has a good sense of humour
