Salary: UPS 1-3 £47,472 - £51,048 FTE (depending on experience)
Actual Salary: UPS 1 – 3 £14,241.60 - £15,314.40 per annum pro rata

The Role

Your experience, qualities and skills will include:
Strong knowledge of SEND legislation, Code of Practice and best practice
Understanding of assessment, intervention and graduated approaches
Ability to interpret data and use it to inform provision
Commitment to evidence-informed practice
Strong strategic thinker with the ability to shape and develop whole-school SEN provision
Clear understanding of inclusive education and adaptive teaching approaches
Ability to evaluate provision and drive continuous improvement

Excellent classroom practitioner with the ability to coach and develop practice in others
