STUDENT SERVICES ASSISTANT 

Fixed term contract from 1 September 2026 to 31st August 2027

37 Hours per week, Term-Time Only plus 2 Inset Days

GRADE JG4 - £26,403 to £28,142 per annum, pro-rata (actual salary based on 37 hours per week £22,887 to £24,394 per annum)

Chew Valley School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Student Services Assistant to join our vibrant and child-centred secondary school community. 

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of our students by supporting their wellbeing, behaviour and academic success. Under the guidance of the Assistant Headteacher, Pastoral - you’ll work alongside our Heads of House, SLT, and wider pastoral and safeguarding teams to provide targeted support, respond to incidents, and help create a nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
