We are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join our successful Student Services team. The Student Services Team brings together:

• Pastoral Care, including the House system and student welfare

• Learning Support, including Special Educational Needs

• Pupil Premium support

• Safeguarding and Keeping Children Safe in Education.

The successful candidate will have a focus on enabling young people to make a positive difference and achieve the Academy’s vision: to set no limits on what we can achieve.

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience of working with students with a range of SEND

• Have excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Be able to work within a dynamic and challenging environment
