We currently have a vacancy for a School Crossing Patrol Officer to escort children and adults crossing the road outside Walton Oak Primary School.  The position is term time only and a maximum of 10 hours per week.

The post holder will be required to communicate effectively and be able to instruct in a clear and confident manner.  You will be required to work in all weather conditions, crossing parents and children alike during the school peak arrival and collection times  You will need to be physically fit with a good standard of road safety knowledge. Previous experience of working with children is essential (paid or voluntary).  Full training will be provided.
