We are looking for an enthusiastic and pro-active individual to join our support staff team. This role provides essential data support to staff and administrative support on a relief cover basis. Good communication skills and an ability to engage with students on pastoral issues will be required. An aptitude for data management and an excellent knowledge of Excel is essential. The successful candidate must be able to work flexibly, plan, prioritise and manage time efficiently whilst dealing with frequent interruptions. The successful candidate must also be comfortable and confident in ‘hot desking’. The successful candidate will hold a first aid qualification (or must be prepared to undertake the relevant qualification) and will provide cover for the main school first aider in their absence.

The ideal candidate will have 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths at grade C or above. Relevant office experience including proven ICT skills are essential. Previous school experience, particularly in first aid would be an advantage.

Lytchett Minster is a successful 11-18 mixed comprehensive school with approximately 1450 students, 288 of whom are in the sixth form. The learning environment is stunning with extensive and beautiful grounds; the school site is comprised of South Lytchett Manor House together with a number of modern extensions including the brand new Arts block and theatre.
