MSF Administrator Vacancy | Community & Strategy department
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive high-level Administrator to join our team. This is a varied and dynamic role, providing essential support across the department. The post requires excellent organisational skills, flexibility, discretion, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties will range from general administration and customer service to high-level executive support. Successful candidates will be appointed according to their skills and experience. You must also be prepared to work flexibly, including outside of normal office hours, to support meetings and events in line with the demands of the area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality administrative support across the department
• Assist with the organisation of Governing Body/ Trust meetings, including preparing papers, taking minutes, and recording actions
• Maintain accurate records and ensure efficient filing systems
• Handle cash and process payments
• Work closely with the Director of Trust, MSF Executive Headteacher and Community Engagement Lead on operational and community matters
• Deliver excellent customer service to staff, visitors, and external stakeholders
• Support hospitality arrangements for meetings, visitors, and events
• Manage bookings and provide customer service support as required
About You:
• Organised, with strong attention to detail, good communication skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Confident with IT systems, software and administrative processes
• Previous experience in an administrative role
