Madani Schools Federation is seeking to appoint proactive, reliable, and hardworking Premises Officers to join our Facilities Casual Bank Team.
This is an exciting opportunity for practical and motivated individuals to support the smooth running of our school and mosque facilities. The successful applicants will help ensure that our premises remain safe, secure, clean, and well-maintained for pupils, staff, parents, and community users. The role involves carrying out general maintenance duties, supporting site security, maintaining the appearance of buildings and outdoor areas, and ensuring that facilities, pathways, grounds, and gardens are kept to a high standard.
This is a varied and operationally demanding role within a busy dual-use site comprising school buildings and an active community mosque, with regular evening and weekend community lettings and events. These include sports provision, weddings, community functions and large-scale seasonal operations such as Ramadan congregational prayers. The successful candidate will therefore support the setup, monitoring and breakdown of events and lettings, ensuring the site remains secure, compliant and fully operational across both school and community use.
As part of the Casual Bank Team, Premise Officers will provide support as required, with opportunities to work flexibly across our site.

Salary range: £14.40 per hour
Contract type: Casual hours are offered as and when required, between 6:00am and 11:00pm, Monday to Sunday. The role requires flexibility to support the operational needs of the school and mosque facilities.
