Due to an exciting and continued period of school expansion in the coming years, Madani Boys School requires an excellent and dedicated Pastoral Leader. You will be the central point of contact for pastoral matters for teaching staff, parent/ carers and external agencies. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of an effective school with an emphasis on promoting a culture of holistic excellence, within a caring environment enriched with the values of honesty, excellence, accountability, respect and teamwork beyond the school and into the wider community.
Our most recent inspections for both, Madani Girls and Madani Boys School were graded as ‘Good’, with many exemplary and outstanding elements.
Our latest summer key performance information demonstrates that both of our schools are amongst the very best schools in the city of Leicester, Leicestershire, and the region in terms of progress and attainment and in the top percentiles in the DfE's published table of schools in the country overall.
