Manby Lodge Infant School is looking for a Wrap Around Care Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team at Manby Lodge Infant School to start in November

We are looking to recruit a Breakfast and Afterschool Club Assistant for our friendly Club to work Tuesday to Thursday, 7.45am to 8.45am and 2.45pm to 5.00pm. This is a term time contract, although attendance at Inset days will be required.

As a Club Assistant your key responsibilities would include:

  • Supervising children attending the Breakfast & Afterschool clubs
  • Ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Providing appropriate activities and games for the children to enjoy
  • Encouraging good behaviour
  • Supporting the Club Supervisor with the overall running of the club in line with the club polices and procedure

Previous experience of working with children and an NVQ in Childcare is desirable. Applicants must be 18 or over.

Actual Salary: Breakfast Club £1,744 per year, based on 3 hours per week

                         Afterschool Club £3,925 per year, based on 6.75 hours per week

                         Both Clubs £5,669 per year, based on 9.75 hours per week (FTE Salary is £24,330)
