Music Teacher/Music Lead
Start Date: September 2025
Salary: Main Teacher Pay Scale, FTE £33,075 to £45,037 depending on experience
Contract: 11.25 hours per week: teaching 4 afternoons a week, preferably Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday and Friday afternoons 13:15 to 15:15, plus time for PPA, staff meetings and choir practice.
We are looking for a Music Teacher to join our motivated and enthusiastic school team. This is a part-time, permanent post working 4 days a week.
You will provide high quality teaching and imaginative lesson planning, to motivate children, leading to a high standard of music experiences, learning and achievement for all.
As the music teacher you will play a key role in liturgies, services, school choir and as well as whole school and year group music events. You do not have to be Catholic but empathy with the aims of the school is essential.
