Cover Supervisor

Permanent, Part Time 31.5 hours per week Term Time only

Full Time Equivalent Salary – Grade 4 Points 7-10 £24,294-£25,545

Based at - Marling School


We are looking for a Cover Supervisor to join our talented and supportive team at Marling School. We are a thriving Multi-Academy Trust with a strong collective identity working together to generate and celebrate success within our communities. Hours – 8.40am – 3.25pm, 5 days per week (part time hours negotiable)

Start Date – ASAP

Actual Salary – £17,459 - £18,358 pro rata


We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic and passionate Cover Supervisor to join this crucial support staff team who work extremely closely with teaching staff to provide the very best educational experience for the young people in our school. Cover supervisors take a full and active part in school life.

The successful candidate should:

Be flexible in their approach, a good listener and communicator, have positive attitudes to young people and good organisational skills.

Have high expectations of themselves and others and be able to work well independently and as part of a team.

Previous experience of working with young people would be an advantage but not essential.

Qualifications are desirable however all necessary training will be given to the successful applicant.
