Full Time Equivalent Salary – MPS/UPS TLR 2.2 £5,397

Based at – Marling School

We are looking for a Head of Geography to join our talented and supportive team at Marling School. We are a thriving Multi-Academy Trust with a strong collective identity working together to generate and celebrate success within our communities. Start Date – Easter 2024

The study of Geography is very popular within the school at both GCSE and A Level.

The successful candidate will:

• Have a passion for Geography and the ability to inspire both staff and students.

• Have experience of successful teaching of Geography to at least GCSE.

• Have the ability to teach Geography at A Level.

• Continue to raise achievement through high quality teaching and learning within the department, informed by internal and external data.

• Contribute to whole school improvement and self-evaluation.
