Grade 7 point 11-14, full time salary £24,708 - actual salary £18,570
Hours 32.5 - 8.30-3.30pm

We are seeking to find a proactive and positive member for our school team here at Martin High. This role is to help and support lessons by covering unexpected absences , cover is set by absent teachers and you would follow this plan.
The right candidate will be able to effectively manage the class in terms of behaviour and promoting an environment for learning that supports the progress of students. The role is an excellent opportunity for candidates to develop classroom pedagogy with a view to training as a teacher should they wish to.
The successful candidate will have to meet the requirements of the person specification, job description and will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and online checks.
