Attendance Improvement Coordinator
Salary: Pay Scale 4 £23,817 - £28,273 (pro rata £20,920 – £25,229)
Hours: 37 hours per a week, term time
Contract: Permanent

We require an Attendance Improvement Coordinator to join Meon Junior School to promote excellent attendance and punctuality to reduce absence levels. A key part of your role will be liaising with parents/carers so strong communication skills are essential.

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Committed to supporting pupils
- Effective communicator both orally and in writing
- Effective ICT skills and excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Understanding of the educational system and current developments
- Ability to motivate and to support learning
- HLTA status is desirable but not essential
