Your opportunity:
Merstham Park are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated HLTA who will take responsibility for agreed learning activities. You will support individual learning, work with small groups and also provide cover lessons during staff absence.
As part of our team of HLTAs, you may be involving in planning, preparing and delivering learning activities as well as training and mentoring Learning Support Assistants and others in the SEND Team.
This role will be well suited for candidates who are looking to start their career in teaching, experienced teachers looking for flexibility, or experienced TA/HLTA’s . We are interested in hearing from all candidates, no matter what point in your career you are currently at.

The Details:
Start date: 1st September 2023
Contract type: Permanent, Term-time only
Working hours: Monday - Friday. 36 hours per week, 39 weeks of the year
Pay Scale: Specialist (£23,800 - £32,300 FTE)
Pro Rata pay: (36 hours per week, 39 weeks per year): £20,475 - £27,787. Salary offered will be dependent on experience.
