Details:
Salary: £27,269- £30,060 per annum, pro rata (Grade 5 SPC 11-17)
Actual salary: £9,498-£10,470 per annum
Working hours: 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7am to 10am, term time only plus 5 INSET days.

The role
Hayesfield Girls’ School are looking to recruit a permanent Cover Organiser for 15 hours a week, Term Time only plus 5 INSET days.
The post holder will be responsible for the school's cover arrangements, managing daily absence reports and ensuring smooth daily cover arrangements.

Requirements
The successful candidate will have highly organised and proactive skills, crucial for effectively managing daily teacher cover arrangements. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
