Location: Peasedown St John Primary School, BA2 8DH.
Start Date: As soon as possible.
Closing Date: Thursday 28th August at 9.00 am
Interview Date: Afternoons on Monday 1st or Tuesday 2nd September
Hours: Term-time only - Mondays to Fridays - plus 5 INSET days and 5 other days, The hours across the two posts are a total of 25 per week and need to be worked outside the school day (eg 6.00 to 8.30 am and/or 3.15/30 to 5.45/6.00 pm.) These 25 hours could be worked by one person as a split shift or across two people offering flexibility to suit other commitments.
Salary: MNSP1, SCP 3 to 4 - £12.45 to £12.65 per hour (£24,027 to £24,404 per annum). The actual salary for 12.5 hours is £7,158 to £7,274 per annum, paid in 12 equal payments.
We are looking to appoint one or two Cleaners who need to be diligent and reliable with a flexible approach to day-to-day routines. The successful candidate(s) will be friendly and reliable team members who want to be a part of the PSJ team.
Previous experience of cleaning and/or working in a school would be an advantage but full training will be provided. Please include your preferred working pattern in your application form, for example 12.5 hours a week after school.
