Hours: 30 per week, Monday to Friday, term time only, 2 inset days
Salary: 3 Grade and scale point 5 – 7, full time equivalent £25,583 - £26,403and actual annual salary range £17,583 - £18,146
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced ELSA practitioner with a desire to become part of a committed team of staff in a secondary school setting.

We are looking for an individual dedicated to nurturing the whole child. You will play a pivotal role in fostering the social and emotional growth necessary for students to thrive in their personal lives and academic careers.
The successful applicant will;
- Be able to provide one-to-one or small group interventions for emotional, social and behavioural difficulties
- Have experience working with young people in an educational setting
- Be patient, empathetic, creative and able to work under pressure
- Be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, students and families
