To start as soon as possible, we are looking for an organised, enthusiastic individual who is passionate about reading and working with young people.
Applicants should be enthusiastic about working in a friendly school environment, supporting colleagues and leadership, as part of a motivated and professional team.
The Library at Beechen Cliff is in the heart of the school and strives to be a safe, welcoming space for all which supports a love of reading and learning across the school community. With around 4000 books, a bank of chromebooks and space to study, the library is used by all our pupils as a place to complete homework and read during breaks and lunchtimes. In addition, all our KS3 students have access to the library during reading classes and sixth form students use it as a study area. Various clubs and activities also run in the library during and after school. As a multifunctional space, the library is a dynamic and vibrant place to work.
