Farrington Gurney  Primary School / Part of the Midsomer Norton Schools Partnership Multi Academy Trust 

Responsible to : Head of School/Executive Headteacher

Farrington Gurney Church of England Primary School is looking to appoint an inspirational and highly motivated teacher to work in a Year 1/2 class.

The successful candidate would work every morning as well as Friday afternoon as part of our Key Stage 1 team.

The successful candidate will join an enthusiastic and committed team.

They will:

  • be able to motivate and inspire children to achieve their very best in all areas of learning and behaviour;
  • be committed to inclusion and raising standards;
  • be an excellent communicator with good organisational and personal skills;
  • be enthusiastic about contributing to the wider life of the school;
  • have experience of teaching in Key Stage 1:
  • share our vision of being compassionate in your approach, agile with your actions and responsible and engaged in making a difference for our pupils.
