Assistant Headteacher

Salary Grade L3 - L5 £52,301 - £54,939

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our innovative and exciting school.

Critchill School caters for pupils aged 4 - 19 years with profound, severe and complex learning difficulties.

You will:

Have leadership and SEND experience with the ability to motivate and inspire

Be visionary, ambitious and self- reflective

Lead our Working Futures Careers programme and ensure its continual development.

Be a consistently outstanding and effective classroom practitioner with the ability to plan and deliver dynamic, personalised lessons

Be creative, innovative with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Enthusiastic with a proven record of successfully seeing projects and initiatives through to completion

Provide appropriate learning opportunities for the full range of our pupil’s needs in line with our school’s vision and values

A commitment to Trust improvement and a willingness to embrace the Trust’s values, core purpose and collaborative principles

Be able to build effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders and contribute to the strategic development of the school
