Purpose: To support the Headteacher in creating, developing and evaluating the aims of the school in partnership with pupils, staff, governors and parents. To teach to the full range of ability.
Duties and Responsibilities as a Teacher

Soundwell Academy caters for pupils aged 7 - 16 years with Social, Emotional, Mental Health needs (SEMH) and Speech Language and Communication needs (SLCN).

• Be nurturing and responsive to behaviour that might challenge
